The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) informed that survey numbers 32 - 40 of Serilingampally's village of Gachibowli came under governmental lands in line with revenue records. In 37, 39, 40 survey numbers and pending cases in the title aspect, building permits will not be given.

Building Permits Halted by GHMC in Gachibowli Village

The civic body mentioned in survey number 32-40, the Patta Certificate No D/ 06371/DA/SW/LA/91 dated 31.12.91 was defective and created.

In the above survey numbers, the GHMC received applications in the newly-initiated TSBPASS portal for building permits in the alleged layout of the Ramalingeswara Weaker Section co-operative housing Society. The society has developed individual plots and issued Patta certificates and sold them to individuals without registrations.

The civic body stated that applicants are applying with notarial documents with defects in the recently initiated TSBPASS portal under the influence of some third parties to issue permits under self-certification instant approval provision.

GHMC has confirmed that until the courts and government have made a clearance, there will be no permits given to the layouts.
