Telangana has launched a help desk in TIMS (Telangana Institute of Medical Sciences), at Gachibowli to provide COVID-19 with detailed information on their health conditions. 

The Telangana Institute of Medical Sciences (TIMS) Police Help Desk in Gachibowli was opened by Madhapur DCP M Venkateshwarlu. The event was attended by Dr Vimala Thomas, Director of TIMS, and other Cyberabad hospital station and police staff. 

The support desk has been established for Covid-hit family members who are being treated at TIMS. Officials say that the centre can provide them with health updates and additional patient details.
