If IT is limited to one market, serious problems can arise, and changes are likely to have an impact in the future. Overcoming the current situation, the company is proposing IT clusters around the city to provide land needed for IT expansion. This includes developing old groups and proposing new ones. Special discounts are charged for those who invest in clusters other than the west. Subsidies will be available until the end of 2025.
