The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has announced another "Green Channel" project, announcing that citizens will be able to obtain mutation certificates or changes in property owner's names within 15 days.

If all of the required documents are submitted to the appropriate Citizen Service Centers (CSCs) in the circle offices, the officials in charge are expected to issue the certificate within the time frame specified. 

The GHMC is providing mutation certificates to citizens in 15 days only if the applicant submits all of the required documents listed in the mutation form, as per the citizen charter 

According to the GHMC, the concerned area Deputy Commissioner will approve the mutation file at the circle level only after physical verification of the applicant premises by Bill Collectors or Tax Inspectors. 

Also stated is taking all necessary steps to ensure that citizens receive mutation certificates in a timely manner. Around 6,000 mutations are currently pending in its jurisdiction.
