CREDAI to organize its first TS Conclave 

Telangana, India's top body of private real estate developers, confirmed the 1st edition of Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI) CONCLAVE at HICC, Hyderabad on 23rd December 2021. The 3rd edition of CREATE awards to identify and celebrate winners amongst the realtors of Telangana will follow this event. CRISIL, the prominent research, and rating agency will be the knowledge partner for CREATE providing thorough reports to the jury, recognizing the best projects across sections. 

2021 is anticipated to nurture builder leagues across 14 chapters and 800 members in the state on the standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and checklist to ascertain allegiance to the prescribed norms. A book assembled by CREDAI Telangana on SOP’s will be disclosed and would be followed by the members. 

Mr.Ch.Ramachandra Reddy, Chairman of CREDAI Telangana said on the occasion that "Telangana has been at the forefront of reforms in the real-estate sector. Telangana has attracted fresh investments across industries, helping rapid urbanization, job creation, and growth". 

TS-CONCLAVE 2021 is planned to help the member developers, particularly new members across the state, venture the entire process
