Property Tax ID Number is a Resident Constraint in Property Registrations

Although on Friday, Dec 18th the high court ordered that Aadhaar, caste and family details be excluded from the new registration system, many people are eagerly awaiting for the resumption of almost 32 registration services as soon as possible.

Almost 64 forms of registrations are carried out, and 32 services are primarily used. As part of the registration, nearly 20 services were activated by the government system, with five services activated on the first day.

Property Registrations with PTIN

A city-based builder stated that although the state has guaranteed correction procedures, there is a great deal of demand for GPA (General Power of Attorney) registration with possession-based properties. Most joint development projects in the city take place on a GPA basis where the buyer gives a token amount and completes the document. Another concern for many people is the Property Tax Identification number.

However, in slot booking, the initial uncertainty adds to the slowdown. The progress is slow in several sub-registrar offices where there are a lot of urgencies, for example, in the areas of Rangareddy, Ibrahimpatnam, Gandipet, Serilingampally, Vanasthalipuram. A sub-registrar said that in rural areas adjacent to Hyderabad, where a lot of rush usually exists, it would only improve after LRS applications are resolved. As part of the LRS system, the state received almost 29 lakh requests.

Vice-Chairman B Vinod Kumar of the State Planning Board said the scheme is not to think of individuals, but to contain corrupt practises as well. The venture is shown as the undivided property by many builders only to escape the stamp duty and later charge flat buyers. It's the government's lack of revenue, and for clients, what they tried was to correct those activities. Majority facilities will soon be put in operation, he said.

Congress leader VH Hanumantha Rao stated that the new TRS system should indicate what steps are being taken as part of the new framework about land occupation correction measures. He said that those who illegally occupy land get jail in Gujarat state, there is no such provision here.
