cost of construction of two bedroom houses in the singam cheruvu housing complex is rs 13.64 cr. this housing complex benefits the tribal people of singam cheruvu. approximately 95% of them own houses here now.

the houses are constructed with amenities such as cement concrete (cc) roads, cement concrete (cc) drains, drinking water, underground drainage, parks and playgrounds for children, composting units, and led lighting

the housing complex has 176 houses spread over 11 blocks. each block has g+3 floors. each house has a total built-up area of 560 sq. ft.
