High-Rise with 44 Storeys to Come Up in Hyderabad

If everything goes right, Hyderabad will soon have a towering 44-storeyed twin block structure in Nanakramguda near Waverock Building. This is not the first time that such a tall building has been approved in the city. Earlier, buildings that are almost 40-storeyed high were approved in areas like Miyapur and Shaikpet. The building in Nanakramguda, however, will be the tallest building in the city so far.

Being built at a cost of nearly Rs 900 crore, the building is slated the change the residential landscape of the city with more such projects expected to follow suit. Although a number of builders have applied for high-rise structures comprising over 55 floors in Puppalaguda, Narsingi and other areas falling within the jurisdiction of Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority, it is only this 44-storeyed structure that has been approved within the limits of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC).

Nanakramguda is a rapidly growing neighbourhood in Hyderabad and is the home to several financial, IT and real estate companies. In recent years, the locality has seen the development of a host of exciting residential projects, many of which have already started handing out possession.
