RERA registered properties exhibiting urgent sales 

An initiative to caution people to purchase RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) registered properties solely was inaugurated jointly by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India, Telangana Real Estate Developers' Association, Telangana Builders Federation, and Telangana Developers Association. 

The objective of the ‘Be safe, be sure’ campaign got the real estate bodies together to prepare people about the risks of purchasing unapproved, UDS (undivided share) properties and the pre-sales, pre-launch properties without mandatory authorizations from regulatory agencies like the HMDA/GHMC, and RERA.  

The launchers of the campaign exclaimed that some firms offer desirable schemes without plan approvals or RERA registration to attract home-buyers and investors. The sale cost of the properties doesn't cover the construction expenditure and hence, can never be completed. Only projects registered under RERA must be advertised and sold to conserve buyers' rights. If developers fail on their promises, limited pre-launch and UDS works can be done. 

TS-RERA registered properties ensure clarity in approvals, timely execution, delivery, solicit the government to deter high-risk illegal practices, and also take action against those resorting to unhealthy business deals.
