Road Under Bridge at Hitech City Will Be Open by February End

Good news to start your day, Road under Bridge (RuB) at Hitech City MMTS station is probably going to be open for daily commuters by February-end. Not only this is a huge relief to motorists going towards the IT hub, Madhapur on a daily basis for their work but also will save them plenty of time.

The current bridge is too narrow which is very time-consuming for many motorists who need to proceed towards Hitech city from Kukatpally. This leads to regular traffic jams as the traffic runs at a snail’s pace and gets stuck in traffic jams. The majority of motorists who will be benefited are employees who are traveling to IT corporations in Madhapur and Gachibowli. This is a long due project and the daily commuters were regularly persuading the municipal corporation to construct a RuB to ease traffic jams. So this RuB is a big relief for them.

The administration sanctioned Rs 59.09 crores for the construction of this project which will be completed by February end. The underbridge is being built to reduce the huge traffic load on flyover between Hitech city to Kukatpally. Also, a box drain is being developed to prevent inundation near the MMTS railroad station.

Moreover, construction work on the multilane RuB and RCC Box Drain close to Hitech city MMTS railroad station is almost finished, except for a few minor patchworks. Now, everyone is waiting for the opening of RuB for traffic by February-end. Hopefully, the bridge will solve the current traffic problems.
