A BRIGHT DIWALI AHEAD FOR HYDERABAD

A BRIGHT DIWALI AHEAD FOR HYDERABAD

Hyderabad's property market will prosper, with demand for housing properties increasing this festive season extensively. Industrial insiders have hinted that residential sales are stacking up with an average monthly sale between 100 - 120 units because of the drop in covid cases in the past two months.

The most demanded segment in residential properties is the apartments ranging from Rs 1 crore to Rs 1.2 crores. Substantial demand has been observed for properties like villas, plots, etc. After witnessing such success, many developers intend to launch new residential projects after Diwali.

P Sreenivas Reddy exclaimed that they'd exhausted most of their inventory this month and will probably commence new projects by November and December. Residential properties and office spaces are booming, and most of the residential market's big shots agreed to this.

Experts stated that such growth in real estate has been witnessed due to the expansion of commercial and retail vicinities.  Shyam Rao Jupally said that his Tellapur projects - Ankura, Tridasa, and Bhooja are almost sold out, and this demonstrates a thriving market. R Suresh Kumar indicated that the Kokapet project might commence from December-January.
