Hyderabad Parks to Get Panchatatva Walkway for Healthy Living Lifestyle

In a move to satisfy the Hyderabad’s walking enthusiasts, the government is planning to develop Panchatatva walking track in all parks of the city. The proposed walkway has been designed with acupressure features which are inspired by five elements of nature.

Hyderabad Parks to Get New Look

Hyderabad will soon makeup with 17 Parks based on the 5 elements of nature inlcude, Prithvi  (earth), Jal  (water), Vayu (air), Agni (fire) and Aakash (sky). Each of them has its own properties, and there are also acupressure walking paths in the proposed parks

It has a circular path made of 8 elements, called the "Panchatatva Walk, 20 mm stone, 10 mm stone, 6mm chips, riverbeds and sand, tree bark, black soil and water. The passageway has rough and painful surfaces that make it smooth and soothing, that not only enhancing the circulation of the blood but also curing many illnesses.

The walk parks at Indira  Park, Krishna Kant Park and Kakatiyanagar Park have finished and are ready to be thrown open to the public.  The proposed 17 Panchatatva Parks are coming up at

Panchatatva Walkway Concept 

The pattern of walking will start with the very hard paining surface to a smooth and relaxing component which will improve the blood circulation in the body. An individual would go through three stages of walking barefoot. 

The first stage is to walk on small-sized metal stones accompanied by smoother river stones. The next is on rough sand with small chopped wooden pieces. The third is on fine sand and ordinary fine red soil backed up with soft black cotton soil. Finally, one steps into the water. The parks have an inner circle with a walking track around it. 

The Panchatatva Walk parks in Hyderabad would benefit senior citizens, and people suffering from knee and joint pains. It can help control insomnia, improve eyesight and the nervous system, and boost immunity. The Panchatatva Walk will be beneficial for elders, knee and joint pain sufferers.
