Government officials stated that Kollur area in Hyderabad with upcoming highrise housing projects is expected to become a model township in Country.

Kollur to Become Model Township

On Thursday in Kollur, Legislative Assembly Speaker Pocharam Srinivas Reddy accompanied by MA&UD Minister, KT Rama Rao and Housing Minister, Vemula Prashanth Reddy visited the 2BHK project.

The President and the Ministers examined the different amenities in the high-rise model township and also met officials and contracting agencies.

The Minister of MA&UD said that the government had designed 1 lakh double bedroom dignity housing project,  of which 85,000 houses would be transferred to GHMC beneficiaries by the end of December 2020.

Following an inspection by Mr Pocharam Srinivas Reddy, a government was constructing such a major township that would host thousands of needy people for the first time ever. When we talk about housing projects in the countries, this project will become a role model

Prashanth Reddy appreciated the rapid progress of construction in double-bedrooms dignity house in GHMC limits and said full support for future tasks would be given by the Housing Ministry.
