In the vicinity of Hussain Sagar Lake in Hyderabad, the Telangana government constructed 330 double-bedroom houses, and K.T. Rama Rao, Minister for Urban Development, decided to hand over these houses to the beneficiaries later this month. 

Adding to this, in the slum area of Ambedkar Nagar near the Necklace Road three multi-story buildings with 330 buildings to come up with picturesque Lakeview. 

Upcoming New 2BHK Houses in Hyderabad  

KTR informed the beneficiaries that he was proud to hand over these houses. These 2bhk houses are constructed under the Dignity Housing program of the Government of Telangana thanks to the Chief Minister of Telangana, K. Chandrashekar Rao. The slum area has now been renovated and constructed, which is overlooking the famous lake of Hussain Sagar in Hyderabad. 

These houses were built at a cost of more than Rs 40 crore over 2.5 acres by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC). The supporters of Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) featured the housing plan for the poor, especially in the close proximity of Hussain Sagar. 

On June 26th, 28th, and July 1st and 4th, the Minister will hand over these 2BHK houses to the beneficiaries at various locations in Greater Hyderabad. A total of 330+ houses built near the Hussain Sagar, 180 houses at GYR Compound, 162 at Potti Sriramulu Nagar, and 10 houses at Gollakurmaiah Colony.
