HMDA To Auction 101 Plots In March

The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) is auctioning several plots in a few coming days. A total number of 101 plots are being offered for auction at the Bahadurpally layout in Medchal. And another total of 223 plots are being auctioned at the Thorrur layout in Hayathnagar. 

As the e-auction for the Bahadurpally Layout has been scheduled for March 14 and 15, the e-auctions for the Thorrur Layout will be commencing officially from the 14th of March and will be ending on the 17th of March. 

The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority had stated in a press release that “The pre-bid meeting for the Bahadurpally layout will be held on February 23 and the pre-bid meeting for Thorrur layout will be held on February 25." 

The plots which are being auctioned are encumbrance free lands with clear titles owned by the State government. These plots also have approach and internal roads with footpaths and central medians for better commute and well defined roads and passes. 

The press release also indicated that several amenities will be provided to the people with responsibility. Both the layouts are anticipated to provide facilities like electrical power supply, street lighting, water supply, sewerage pipeline and greenery dedicatedly.
