India’s 1st Rs 1,500 crore luxury co-living space in Hyderabad soon
Hyderabad will soon have India's first 47-story luxury co-living space, Hyderabad One (H1), complete with deluxe rooms, a terrace lounge, seven-star bar, gaming zones, food and drinks outlets, parking, celebrity gym, and a host of other elite amenities.
The ₹1,500 crores project, certified by TS-RERA, modeled by esteemed international architecture firm Chapman Taylor, is foreseen to launch in 2026.
Bhavisya Gupta, Founder and Managing Director of Sensation Infracon Private Limited said they are partnering with global hospitality major Oakwood to manage the project. The letter of intent has been signed and the ultimate management contract will be endorsed shortly. H1 is going to be the world's tallest co-living space at 160 meters.
He revealed that they are targeting young professionals and students who migrate to Hyderabad for work or education. They will be furnished with a safe place to live, mingle, and network.
It'll be sustained as a drug-free zone and the safety of female residents will be prioritized. Any discrimination will not be accepted, and everyone will be welcomed.
Sapna Kumar, director of Chapman Taylor said, "It is very aspirational and something India hasn't seen before. It is on the lines of premier community projects in the UK."
