The current revision in the market values (MV) of real estate properties in the entire Telangana State started on 01.02.2022 increased market value from 33% to 100%. Stamp duty on transferring property deeds went from 4% to 5.5%, and registration charges hiked from 6% to 7.5%.
Due to this, land rates in posh areas of Banjara Hills and Jubilee Hills increased furthermore.
In Jubilee Hills, the rate of commercial land increased from ₹84,500 to ₹93,000.
MV of residential spaces in Jubilee Hills has increased from ₹58,500 to ₹64,400, and in Prashasan Nagar went from ₹58,500 to ₹64,400.
The MV of Panjagutta, Srinagar Colony, and Satya Sai Nigamagamam Road increased from ₹78,000 to ₹85,800.
The MV of a yard in Banjara Hills Road was ₹58,500 and is ₹64,400 presently, in Nandi Hills and Nandagiri Hills rates hiked from ₹58,500 to ₹64,400, lands in Journalist Colony Circle to Andhra Jyothi office value ₹93,000 now, and in Huda Heights cost ₹64,000 presently.
The MV in OU Colony increased from ₹24,000 to ₹27,600, and in Film Nagar increased from ₹64,400 to ₹58,500.
