According To The Chief Secretary, Flats In Bandlaguda Will Be Available To Purchase Soon

Chief secretary Somesh Kumar said ready-to-occupy flats in Rajiv Swagruha township at Bandlaguda will be proposed for sale on a first-cum first-served basis soon with officials serving the site. 

He said that government and public sector employees will be prioritized with bank tie-ups. The model flats will be accessible.

He instructed the officials to ready the site and mark the parking areas instantly to deliver convenience to visitors and buyers. 

Somesh Kumar visited Bandlaguda and Pocharam to examine the flats built by the Rajiv Swagruha Corporation, which the government wants to offer for sale again. 

He toured the housing complexes to become aware of the prevalent condition after which he spoke to the residents to redress any of their issues, for which, he held a meeting with senior officials. 

Later, he visited the Sadbhavana colony at Pocharam and scrutinized the flats, and urged the officials to formulate an action plan to fasten the sale of all available flats. 

As the majority of the flats had water and electric connections, they could be put for sale soon. 

Special chief secretaries Sunil Sharma and Arvind Kumar, GHMC commissioner Lokesh Kumar, Medchal collector Harish, and other officials attended the affair.
