JLL Facilitates JV Between Genpact, Ramky Estates For Co-Development Project

JLL has stimulated a collaborative venture between Genpact and Ramky Estates & Farms Limited to formulate 14.37 acres of land at Uppal, Hyderabad. 

Ramky Estates will construct 20 lakh sq feet of Grade A IT/ ITES office space and nine lakh sq feet of residential space over five years under the Genext Square project. 

Vidya Srinivasan, global infrastructure & logistics leader, Genpact said, “With the help of the GRID policy and increase in connectivity through the Metro and the upcoming SRDP, and other initiatives taken by the government, there will be a spurt in diversified growth across the IT sector." 

Sandip Patnaik, MD, Telangana & Andhra Pradesh, JLL said that with the relief of business in Telangana stimulated by the infrastructure and supply of Grade A office space, Hyderabad became a favorable location for IT/ITeS companies. Global companies are expanding here and a surge in demand for office spaces in Eastern Hyderabad is foreseen.
