Revised Building Laws In Secunderabad Cantonment Board Areas In Three Months

Real estate owners particularly house owners in the Secunderabad Cantonment will have the mandatory authority and the ability to make any necessary or other required modifications and any other needed additions to the buildings in a few coming days.

The Ministry of Defence (MoD) has collectively, after several proceedings, made it final that they are willing to revise the bylaws of several buildings that had been sent by the officials of the Secunderabad Cantonment Board (SCB).

A Secunderabad Cantonment Board (SCB) civilian nominated member, J Rama Krishna revealed to the public and media that the bylaws which are to be revised will be implemented soon, the maximum time that would be taken would be three months.

J Rama Krishna has represented many different issues that are related to the Secunderabad Cantonment Board (SCB), to the Director-General Defence Estates (DGDE), and the Union defense secretary, during his very recent visit to Delhi.

While J Rama Krishna was addressing the media in Hyderabad the last Monday, he had told us that, “Secunderabad Cantonment Board (SCB) officials have clarified to several queries raised by the Ministry of Defence (MoD) to implement new building bye-laws and now, it has come to a final stage.”
