High Demand For High-Rises In Hyderabad

Tremendous demand for high-rises has made many developers intrigued by Hyderabad's real estate.

High-rise buildings are mostly located in the Western corridor like Kokapet, Nanakramguda, Financial District, etc.

Kalisetti Naidu, real estate space analyst, Yards and Feet Property Consultants said that buyers for high-rise buildings are increasing and as most properties are premium priced, individuals prefer having an entire floor personally.

As Anarock's report stated, Hyderabad has the highest increase in high-rises share in new launches, which weigh 51℅ individually.

The latest research reveals that among new projects launched since 2019, the share of high-rises fell to 52% in 2021 against 63% in 2018.

In Hyderabad, enormous amounts of land are vacant in the ORR, schemed developments are developing wherein developers take up large bulks of land to build independent houses, villas along with access to lush greenery.

The Anarock report notifies us that the high-rise culture is decreasing while the demand for plotted developments has been on a surge after Covid-19.

Many developers are emphasizing plotted development projects. Anarock Group chairman Anuj Puri said that a switch in homebuyer preferences towards independent floors in key NCR markets has been noticed. Plotted developments are trending in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai.
